Manor oil
(Estate Oil): It refers to that its olive fruit comes from its own plantation. Picked by hand, pressed on the spot, and bottled immediately, manor oil is the best of olive oil, with superior quality. This kind of oil is basically sold directly by the plantation itself. Although the price is extremely expensive, it is still popular with olive oil lovers.
Origin oil
(Regional Oil): The selected olive fruit comes from a specific planting area in a country. Generally the variety and specific planting place of olive fruit used will be indicated on the product label. Some planting areas have obtained the designated protection of EU origin (DOP) due to their unique fruit varieties, geographical features and strict processing methods. This kind of oil has a unique taste and rich fruit aroma, so it is expensive. Generally, the oil of origin is sold in olive oil stores, and is deeply loved by the middle class.
Industrial oil
(Bulk Oil): Most of the industrial oils sold in supermarkets are these. Italy and Spain are the largest sources of such industrial oils. They purchase large barrels of crude oil at low prices from major production areas in the world, and then carry out blending and mixing. This kind of olive oil has no planting place on the label, but only indicates the origin of the bottle. Because it is blended according to the uniform formula, the industrial oil generally tastes uniform, but it is popular with general consumers because of its low price.
